So here are some creations, they are random times of life but I found some pictures. I promise SOON I will take pictures of everything else I have made.

In this picture I am wearing an orange shirt, not a common color I wear. I made this with a knit and painted on it with black fabric paint. I also made one for Erin Reynolds for her birthday. It was a really nice black knit with red paint. Mine has a treble clef, and hers had a bass clef. I can make these for who ever would like one.

I made this dress at the beginning of summer '08. It turned out really good, this picture doesn't really do it justice. I know we arent suppose to take pride in ourselves but in this one I do. :) I dyed/painted the lace so it was silver like the dress and really blended in.
The next two is my green polka dot dress. I just bought a thicker white cotton fabric, I painted the pieces after I cut then out with the dots. I like how the bottom turned out with the paint. I like the dress overall but next time I make a dress like this I Am going to adjust the top and make it better. I didnt have any pattern while constructing this dress. It was all just measurements and me. :)
This was my Halloween costume in 2007. I was a Unicorn. I had fun making it. In fact I want to make a new tunic. The yarn was fun, if I had more time I would have done more so it was more full around the knees.

Ok ok I promise, I will post some new things SOON! I am working on a tailored shirt for myself right now and hope it turns out. Here is something to hold you over, I sewed this in my sewing class and I am glad it has gone to good use.

I made this one for halloween and I also made Jennifers Costume. :)

Turquoise and Brown dress

This is a dress made off of one of my favorite patterns, although i made alterations but no bunch in front but three pieces so it hugs my build just right and the front overlaps more than original pattern. Better picture to be added soon. This is a calico print fabric and was really easy to work with. only took me two days.

Something you should know:
When I start a project and it is in my head rearing to go, I go. I keep going until I am either too tired that i keep messing up or done. But if I am tired I just pick it up the next day.

Prom Dress 07

I loved creating this dress. I had a lot of help from my mom who is amazing. But I can proudly say that I cut out the flounces for the skirt and almost everything else on my own. I was to afraid to mess some things up so my mom did help alot. It is an amazing jade and teal color, and best part! No Pattern! except pieces and my own :D

This is a Peacoat that I started during Thanksgiving time and finished during that weekend. It is straight by the pattern so I knew it would turn out. My lovely best friend Meagan Turner likes it also, but it is mine .. ..

Past Creations that I cant remember exactly when they happened

This is my Homecoming Dress for Year 2005 (my first one!) my mom made it but I designed it.

She is amazing and I am so happy that I have gained her skill, not fully yet. .. .. but I hope to.

This dress was completely without a pattern, not perfect but worth it.

I made it I think in summer of 2006 as a result of a overnight sweatshop sleepover (me and my best friend like to call it cause we just sew all night!)

This is my Homecoming Dress for homecoming 2006. I made it with help from my mother. She did the sleeves as I am (or wasn't) that talented yet.

It is a compilation of several patterns, basically for the top.

The bottom is completely random and bunched by desire, there are little gems sown on each bunch. I really enjoyed making this dress. .. .. more than I think wearing it .. .. naw never mind I loved wearing it! What girl wouldn't love wearing her dress!?

This shirt I made I think back in February or early March of last year. I made it from fabric found at joanns and an old hot pink tank top i did not like anymore.

The only pattern device I used in creating this shirt was an old shirt although there are modifications as I desired.

I am never good at coming up with names so let me know if you have any ideas. :D

So my sister sent me an email which she thought it may 'seem like a weird email.' And basically gave me an assignment of creating a blog. So here I am Maegan! I hope this satisfies! :D Also let it be known that she is who started me with this.
